exact word for the service Roger provides. 5 stars really isn't enough! He is the absolute best! He went above and beyond to help me get a custom hat made. Though he couldn't complete my order, he drove me all around the city to find someone who would be able to help me. His customer service is impeccable and he is just a really great guy for going out of his way. I really can't say enough about him.
